IDX solution make it simpler for clients to browse the Tucson MLS (TARMLS) by
displaying formatted data that is directly integrated into Krotchie’s website.
Clients can now search listings on TARMLS using customized search tools and

property.

Clients browsing Krotchie’s site can perform a basic, advanced, map, address, or
listing ID search. Within each of these comprehensive searches lies more specific
categories such as schools, view description, appliances, and facilities to provide
the most accurate and custom results. IDX search tools are implemented to enhance
the listing and offer a quick and easy way for clients to contact the agent for more
information, schedule a showing, print a flyer, email the property information,
locate the property on a satellite terrain map, and calculate mortgage payments.

IDX Broker provides an administrative log in page where Krotchie can manage and
customize every aspect of his website from custom CSS to statistical updates form
the MLS. A lead management section gives him access to client contact information
as well as saved search criteria so that he can follow up with clients after they
have browsed his site and signed up for automatic email updates. Krotchie can also
create custom XML codes for his listings that he can then syndicate to popular real

About Michael Krotchie
Michael Krotchie lived in Alabama, Nebraska, Okinawa Japan, and New Mexico before
finally moving to Tucson in 1998. He graduated from Marana High School in Marana,
Ariz. and then graduated in 2005 from the University of Arizona with a degree in
computer Engineering. Krotchie then began working as a software/test engineer for
Raytheon Missile Systems. He later decided to move back to Tucson and become a
Realtor “because of the independence and the knowledge that [his] success would
correlate directly with the amount of effort [he] devoted”. In his spare time he
enjoys working out, writing on his Tucson real estate blog, and traveling.
